To extend your loan you must go to the loan centre.

It is possible that the equipment you have borrowed is reserved and the extension cannot take place.

How to return the equipment?

You can return the equipment to the loan centre during its opening hours.

When the loan centre is closed, you must return the equipment to the designated storage cabinet.

The storage cabinet is to the right of the entrance door to the loan centre.

This storage cabinet has 14 compartments.

Steps to follow when using the storage cabinet:

1. Choose an open compartment that is the same size as the equipment to be returned.

2. Place the object in the compartment and close the door completely.

3. Make sure the door cannot be opened again.

4. As soon as possible, go to the loan centre during its opening hours and check whether the equipment has been collected by the supervisor.

Please note: When you leave equipment in the storage cabinet, you must go to the loan centre and check whether the equipment has been collected.

Your responsibility for the equipment does not end when it is locked in the storage cabinet.

The equipment in the storage cabinet is not officially returned.
