Izly, what is it?
Izly is Crous' contactless payment solution on campus for students.
The Izly payment system works via your Izly mobile app or your student card.
Izly allows you to pay in all university canteens, cafeterias, vending machines and laundromats of the Crous, and pay for photocopies.
How to access my Izly account?
After paying the CVEC on MesServices.etudiant, you will receive an activation email for your Izly account.
If you have not received an activation email for your Izly account, please go to https://mon-espace.izly.fr/Auth/SendActivationMail.
!!! Warning: The Izly login is the email address you entered in the student life portal MesServices.etudiant.
How do I top up my account?
You can top up your account via the Izly mobile application or by logging on to https://izly.fr/.
There are different ways to do this. You can:
- top up by secure immediate transfer (from 5 euros),
- top up by credit card (from 10 euros),
- top up with cash on Campus.
In addition, you can request a top-up by a third party by sending him an email with the desired amount via the application.
How can I pay 1 euro for my meal?
The meal at 1 euro is a discount for students with grants, and in some cases, for students with difficult financial situations.
The information that you are a grant holder is automatically displayed on your Izly account.
However, sometimes, due to different errors, this information is missing.
Check your Izly account, if there is the information 'VOUS BÉNÉFICIEZ DU TARIF BOURSIER'.
If not, contact monetique@crous-bfc.fr.
Having a meal for 1 euro is only possible if by paying with Izly.
If you want to pay for your meal in cash or by card, the discount will not take place.
