INTERNSHIP

During your Bachelor's degree, you must do a minimum 15-day internship in France or abroad.

You can do it from the 2nd year, at the end of semester S03.

During your Master's degree, you must choose between an internship, in France or abroad, or a 3-month study period abroad.

The entire S07 semester is dedicated to this.

BACHELOR'S DEGREE

Once you've found your internship, you'll need to fill in an internship agreement form, which is available on your Ganesh account.

Once completed, have it endorsed by your coordinator.

If all goes well, bring or e-mail your agreement to Louise, the Pedagogical Secretary in charge of Student Administration.

MASTER'S DEGREE

How, when and to whom do I present my mobility project?

You are required to present your mobility project to the mobility commission whatever your project may be (study abroad or internship abroad or in France).
This presentation takes place in the 3rd year of the Bachelor's degree.

You have 15 minutes to present your project.

Your mobility project presentation file should be written in French AND English, and should be around 15 pages long:

  • a presentation of the project and the motivation behind the choice of destination, school or company (approx. 1 page),
  • a book presenting the student's current work and main references (approx. 10 pages),
  • a curriculum vitae (approx. 1 page).

The commission studies your project and gives a favorable or unfavorable opinion.

What financial support is available?

If you do an internship in France, you receive no financial support. Only trips abroad are financed.

  • Erasmus+ grant (Semester in EU) - (approx. €250 / month)
  • Dynastage and Aquisis grants from the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region - (around €250 / month).
  • ENSA grant (non-EU semester) - (Package costing around €500)
  • International Mobility grant from the French Ministry of Culture (if receiving a higher education grant from the Ministry of Culture based on social criteria) - (approx. 400 € / month depending on country and project)
