What should I do if I'm absent?

Whenever you know you are going to be absent or late, you must notify the teachers and Louise Hüe-Rifad, the Pedagogical Secretary in charge of Student Administration.

Teacher emails are created as follows:

firstname.lastname@ensa-dijon.fr

The Pedagogical Secretary in charge of Student Administration e-mail is pedagogie@ensa-dijon.fr.

How do I justify my absence?

You must provide a medical certificate to justify your absence.

If you are absent or late because your train or bus has been cancelled or delayed, you must take a photo or screenshot containing this information.

When do I have to present my proof at the latest?

If you are absent for up to a week, you can present your proof of absence no later than when you return to school.

If you are absent for a longer period, you must inform Louise and the teachers.

What happens if I'm absent too often?

If you do not attend classes regularly without a medical reason, your semester will not be validated and you will not be able to repeat the year.
